- 20 minutes address at the convention
- 15 delegates to the convention free of cost.
- Sponsor's name & logo shall appear in all promotional & marketing materials.
- Sponsor's name & logo shall exclusively be part of the Centre- stage backdrop -" War for Talent - The Next Decade" Sponsored by - “ Your Company Name”
- Sponsor will be given an exclusive stall near the convention hall entrance.
- 3 banners (of reasonable size) would be put up either side of the hall
- ERA shall arrange to distribute sponsor's handout / CD in the convention kit which will be given to all participants and speakers.
- Immediately, after the convention, all participants will be e-mailed, a soft copy of all the speakers' address. This attachment shall carry the sponsor's WORD / PP. These e-mails are eagerly sought after by all the participants.

- ERA shall arrange to distribute sponsor's handout / CD in the convention kit which will be given to all participants and speakers.
- 10 delegates to the convention free of cost.
- Sponsor's name & logo shall appear on the backdrop of the stage.
- The Sponsor's name shall be displayed at the eating venue, during lunch & coffee breaks.
- 2 banners of reasonable size would appear in the main hall.

- 5 delegates to the convention, free of cost.
- Promotional Material / Invitation / Emails carry your Name / Logo.
- 3 banner of reasonable size would appear, 2 in the in the hall and One in Lunch venue.
- ERA shall arrange to distribute sponsor's handout / CD/Product Info in the convention kit which will be given to all participants and speakers.
