The present Indian Employment Scenario & status of Indian Temp Staffing Industry :
- The Indian workforce is around 40 % of its 1 Billion + population
- Of these 400 Million, who are employed, only around 30 Million are in the Organized Sector. This result in – 370 Million workforces do not get “employee benefits” & Govt. does not get Taxes, PF, ESI etc. from those in the unorganized.
