As Executive Vice-President in-charge of Global Human Resources Development at TCS, Sankaranarayanan Padmanabhan, or Paddy as he is better known, is a Gold Medallist from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Gold Medallist in his Business Management program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore . He joined TCS in 1982.
He has been driving initiatives at the helm of TCS' effort to create a truly multi-lingual and culturally-diverse global workforce. Under his stewardship, the company has been aggressively expanding its base of talent globally in countries like China , Uruguay , Brazil and Hungary and at the end of FY2005 over 1400 TCS' associates were non-Indian nationals. As head of Global HRD, he has been able to sustain the lowest attrition rates in Indian IT industry at TCS, besides creating a world-class training and learning organization, capable of integrating over 15,000 new employees every year into TCS.
During his 23 years in TCS, Paddy has held several key leadership positions across the organization, such as Head of Application Development and Maintenance Practice (2001-2002), Head of South East Asia Geography operations (2000-2002), Head of the TCS Delivery Center in Sholinganallur, Chennai (1998-2000), Head of TCS Airline Industry Practice (1999-2000), CEO of Aviation Software Development Consultancy a Joint Venture company between TCS and Singapore Airlines, (1996-1998) and Country Manager for Switzerland (1993-1996). He has also led TCS' operations in key markets in Asia and Europe and is a director on the board of TCS' China subsidiary.
He has also played a key role in several landmark projects like the development of a Securities Clearing and Settlement System for SEGA, the Swiss clearing corporation as well other key engagements in New Zealand , Australia , UK , Switzerland and USA .
Paddy is a life member of the Computer Society and a Senior Fellow of the IEEE. He is a Member of the Board of Tata Information Technology (Shanghai) Company Ltd., a member of the Board of Worldwide ERC (Global workforce mobility professionals) He was selected for THE HCA HOT 40 - Asia's HR Superstars' in 2005
Paddy lives in Mumbai with his wife and daughter.

Mr. Prashant Srivastava, is the Managing Partner for Gallup India, heading Gallup business in India.
During his career, Prashant has been consulting with top executives in leading Indian and Multinational companies, helping them positively impact crucial business outcomes, through interventions in the area of Business & Customer Strategy, Human Sigma, Employee & Customer engagement, Succession Planning and Business Impact Linkage Modeling.
Prashant brings with him 17 years of diversified experience across industries. Prior to joining Gallup, Prashant has worked with two Management Consulting firms, namely Tata Strategic Management Group and Tecnova India Pvt Ltd. He has also worked with ORG-MARG in marketing research, ACC in Corporate Planning and with HPCL in Sales and Marketing. While at Tecnova India, Prashant focused on entry strategies and alliances for foreign companies setting up business in India. In Tata Strategic Management Group he was responsi ble for Corporate & Business Strategy, Customer Focused Strategy, Alliances, Organization Restructuring, Corporate Governance and Succession Planning.
He is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Daniel de Oliveira is an IT Community Leader in Brasilia , capital of Brazil . He founded and has been the Leader for more than eight years of the Brasilia Java Users Group ( www.dfjug.org ), one of the top 25 JUG in the world, with more than 9,600 developer members. He is a Sun Microsystems Java Champion, a book writer and writes articles about Java books in his column in the MundoJava (Java World) magazine. Working as a Consultant for Politec, the biggest IT private company in Brazil for more then 7 years, he has been attending client banks, such as Banco de Brasilia, Caixa Economica and Banco do Brasil.
With more than 32 years of experience in the computer market, he is a developer and instructor of Java for the blind and deaf people and creator of the Rybena Project ( www.rybena.org.br ), a mobile Java community project that allows the deaf to use cellphones using Sign Language. With an MS degree in the field of Communities of Practice - CoP, or, in other words, the dynamics of Java Users Groups, he is a researcher interested in the process of the community that learns by itself.
For more than eight years he has been writing a newsletter for the IT community and, since the beginning, started, a free service for job recruitment. Offered by different organizations around the country, this job service is today a big success with hundreds of developers recruited in Brazil. For Daniel, this volunteer/social work gave him an exclusive overall vision of the necessities of employment opportunities in that part of the world.

Subbrao Ghanta obtained his B. Tech from Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1981 from College of Engineering , Anantapur, JNTU. He obtained his D.I.I.T. from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi in Computer Science. Later he obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. from University of Minnesota in Computer Science in 1985.
Since 1985, he has worked in a number of areas including: Performance Evaluation of Computer Systems, Physical Database Design, Network Architectures & Protocols, VLSI Design automation, Optical Computing & Parallel Architectures, Software Architectures & Standards, and Electronic Governance. He has published in a number of international journals and conferences and supervised a number of Ph.D. and M.S. students. He was on the faculties of University of Minnesota, University of Florida, KFUPM, Dhahran, and most recently JNTU, Hyderabad.
Since June 2002, he has been with the Government of Andhra Pradesh serving as the State Chief Information Officer. He serves as Ex-Officio Special Secretary to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. He is also the President of Institute for Electronic Governance' formed by Government of Andhra Pradesh to bridge the gap between the Academia, Industry and the Government. He has supervised the development of over 100 e-governance applications for the government of Andhra Pradesh. Seven national/international awards were won by some of these projects. His current focus is in the development of Jawahar Knowledge Centers for the Graduates focusing on the skill set requirements for ITeS areas.

Sivaramakrishnan (or Siva as he is usually called) is the Vice President and Global Head of HR for Intelligroup. Siva joined Intelligroup about 5 months ago from Infosys. Siva was with the Infosys HR team from 1996 to 2006 and held leadership positions in various functions of HR. As part of his responsibilities at Infosys, Siva was based in California for about 5 years and also served as the Head of HR for North America .
Prior to Infosys, Siva has also worked at the HongKong Bank and the Delhi Municipal Corporation in their payroll team.
He has a Science Degree from Osmania University and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
This is his second stint in Hyderabad and he confirms that today's hyderabad is much more vibrant than what it was 16 years ago.

With 25 years experience of executive search, he has significant experience in senior level work.
