Partnership Opportunities for Educational Institutions (Business Schools)

We invite participation of Educational Institutions (Business Schools) in our endeavors to impart the necessary training to enhance the knowledge and skills of people in recruitment industry. We also want to train the people who wish to join the recruitment industry as professionals or entrepreneur.
ERA has eight chapters and over 150 members across the country. All our members put together employ around 150,000 people. We seek the cooperation of educational institutions (business schools) in delivering our programs at their premises by their HR faculty on chargeable basis. In response, we will provide an opportunity to the MBA/ PGPM (HR Specialization) students of participating educational institution (business school) to acquire ERA credentials like CRP (Certified Recruiting Professional) & CRC (Certified Recruiting Consultant) through fast track. For this partnering institution (business schools) will have to incorporate our course modules in their curriculum. Upon successful completion ERA credential will be awarded to the students of participating educational institutions. Students will have to pay only the certification fee to ERA. Thus, ERA provides an opportunity to educational institutions to add value to their MBA/ PGPM (HR Specialization) course.

Presently we are looking for partnering institutions at the following locations:
Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad. Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai, and Pune.
Franchise option for business schools
This option is available for those business schools:
a) Which are located in areas other than the eight locations mentioned above, or
b) Which are located in eight locations mentioned above and are interested in providing ERA credentials to their students but can not join ERA's partnership scheme/plan.
Under this option course curriculum & outlines shall be provided by the ERA for the delivery of Diploma in Recruitment Practice & Management course. The entire course shall be delivered by the franchise institutions at their cost as per the guidelines of ERA. Credentials shall be awarded to the successful students against receipt of certification fee by the ERA.
