ERA shall endeavour to create “Model Contracts” that could be used by our members, while concluding a deal with customers. This shall be provided for different disciplines, within the recruiting spectrum, like – Search, Selection & Staffing.

As we go along, ERA shall provide Model Contracts for both - the “inter – disciplines” and “intra-disciplines”, to meet the exacting demands of all our members. Here are a few :
