As author of "Headhunters & how to use them" published for The Economist, Nancy has been closely tracking the Executive Search world for Multinational firms for the last 10 years.
She has consulted firms such as Coco Cola, Philips, Goldman Sachs, Viacom etc. and lectures MBA students at LBS, Insead & other leading Business schools on networking in the executive search world and runs a networking panel for Harvard/ HBS alumni in Europe each year.
She will be sharing the podium with Christopher Mill who has been providing cross-border executive search since 1977. He has been retained by a Top 3 IT Services company in India for their senior management staffing requirements.
His practice has concentrated on serving international companies with multi-country operations, including very large companies and many smaller venture-funded and early stage companies. He has filled positions throughout Europe, and also in Asia, in North America, Australia and in Africa, and have undertaken a significant number of senior searches to staff the international and global operations of Indian companies.
