Followed this with marketing chemicals and coating products and was running own unit for automobile OEM coatings for almost a decade.
Diversified into Management consulting and was director with Advantage India Consulting P.Ltd (a strategy Management consulting firm). Helped IT companies set up Indian operations.
Advised and trained IT cos. (E.g. Dess Technologies) for growth strategies and mission, vision-setting sessions etc.
