Features :
- There shall be only two Platinum Sponsor for the Convention.
- Sponsor’s name shall appear in the Centre – stage backdrop, below the theme.
2 banners of reasonable size (around 6 / 3 feet) of sponsor shall be displayed in the hall. 1 in the lunch area. (Banners to be provided by the sponsor).
2 stalls shall be provided (approx. size 2 / 1.5 meters - each), at the Convention – stall exhibition area, where PPT presentations can be made & interaction had with the delegates.
Sponsor shall be given 30 minutes time, during Convention. (20 minutes of talk time & 10 minutes of Question & Answers).
The soft copy presentation materials of sponsor – like CD etc. shall be in the Delegate kit, given to all of the participants. (Insert material to be provided by the sponsor). The no. is expected to be around 350 & above. 10 Free passes to be given to attend the Convention.
A representative of the sponsor shall be one of the members of the “Inaugural Session of the Convention”, when – in keeping with the Indian tradition, there would be – lighting of lamp.
The info of Platinum sponsorship shall be a part of all of the promotional materials, like – Mail Blaster of around 250,000 (with hyperlink to the website), Media partner - wherein good coverage is possible.
On the stage “a very clear reference as a - Platinum Sponsor shall be made”. 2 minutes shall be spent explaining the USP & the objectives of the sponsor.
Fees :
Rs. 5 lacs. The fee, payable in Rupees, to be drawn in favor of “Executive Recruiters Association” and payable at Mumbai.
General :
1. If there are any other reasonable expectations, the same can be considered, on intimation.

Features :
- There shall be Three Gold Sponsors for the Convention.
