ERA shall periodically be organising Conventions for the HR Spectrum, at large. The theme, the content, the quality of speakers and the format of the conventions are carefully chosen in keeping with the dynamics of this industry.
Like most other industries, the recruiting industry too is impacted either way by the technological innovations, ever improving psychometric models, improved ways to assess the quality and cali – bre of people, innovative ways to confront attrition problems, novel approaches to train and motivate the employees, out – of – the – box ways, to reward the performing team and the like.
ERA shall constantly strive to make available, the state – of – the - art techniques and practices to keep pace with the ever – dynamic scenario.
