ERA is managed by a team of "Member – Professionals". The management of ERA is underscored by a style conforming to international standards, with a commitment to raise the bar of "ethics & integrity" and above all, ensuring that its efforts manifest in concrete benefits to its members and the recruiting community, at large.
The Executive Council (EC) of ERA is the "Apex Policy Planning Body of ERA".
Each of the Chapters shall be managed by Chapter Conveners, assisted by the Chapter Co – Conveners. They shall be responsible for giving direction and supervising the Chapter's activities.
To resolve issues between "Members of ERA" or between a "ERA Member and his / her customer". ERA Ethics Committee shall play a mediatory role, to resolve the issue, if & when invited by both the parties to the dispute.
