He is the CEO and Founder of FYMC Private Limited. He is the convener for ERA Chennai Chapter. His credentials are:
- Started an organization at the age of 28 years and today FYMC is a 45 member team offering services from Chennai, Bangalore, Bombay, Coimbatore and Pondicherry.
- He is a First Class Post Graduate from Madras Christian College. He has done Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from MSSW Institute, Chennai. He is certified in Counselling Psychology. He is an ALHP Trained member from Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS).
- He was the best outgoing student & excellence cup holder during his under-graduation and post-graduation period.

Pradipta K Mohapatra is the Chairman of Executive and Business Coaching Foundation Limited. He was the CEO of the Technology Businesses of the RPG Group, which comprises companies in the IT, bio-tech, pharma and communication sectors. Pradipta is an alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Harvard Business School.
During the ‘90s, he was responsible for pioneering India's entry into modern organized retailing through the Foodworld, Musicworld, Health & Glow and Giant Hypermarkets stores.
He lectures in a number of business schools in India and abroad, and is represented in the Governing Councils of three Business Schools and Board of Studies of two prominent universities. He led initiatives to get industry and academy to work closer together as Chairman of the Education Sub-Committee of Confederation of Indian Industries for three years, and is currently the Chairman of the Southern Region of CII. Mr.Mohapatra is a Certified Master Coach from the Behavioural Coaching Institute.

1. Business Incubation: Apart from pioneering Retail business in India, he incorporated Music business in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Listed Saregama Plc. in the UK market.
2. Business Turn-around: Responsible for turning around businesses from sickness to robust health. Amongst them Spencer & Company Limited, Saregama India Limited, RPG Cables Limited and RPG Life Sciences Limited, two of whom were Chapter XI companies and now operating in robust health. All four are public listed companies.
3. Mergers and Acquisitions: Has been responsible for acquiring and divesting a number of businesses in India and elsewhere in the world for RPG Group companies. Recent M&A was acquiring a tier – II, IT company in the US.
4. CEO Mentoring: With long years of business supervisory experience, he has been credited to have coached and mentored some 20 first time CEO’s and large number of senior executives. He is now called upon to coach a number of CEO’s outside the RPG Group as well.
A number of his areas of work have been documented as case studies and taught as part of MBA programmes at IMD Lausanne; European Business School, Paris; IIM Ahmedabad and XIM Bhubaneshwar.

In 1990, Nigel moved to Polestar, the largest printer group in Europe as the Account Manager for their major customer, Reed Elsevier Ltd. The role includes origination, printing and strategic planning at a senior level.
In 2000 Nigel Moved to Chennai, as the executive Director of APPS. During his tenure the business has grown from 150 to nearly 500 staff and he has been instrumental in bringing new vertical revenue streams into the business. Nigel is currently doing an MBA via Oxford Brooks University.
