Nirmit has over 18 years experience in executive search. He is well regarded and acknowledged as one of the pioneers of retained executive search consulting in India. He founded Three P Consultants in 1989. His search experience at the CXO levels spans across industry sector which includes large Indian groups, multinational conglomerates and early start–up ventures. Over the years a large part of his assignments have been cross border in nature. In the last decade he has successfully partnered with over 100 clients in their talent acquisition efforts.

Nirmit is a qualified Engineer and had the unique opportunity of being trained in the latest methodologies of executive search by D. E. Foster Partners, New York. Nirmit currently holds the following responsibilities :

In 2006 Nirmit was awarded the Penrhyn Chairman’s Award for outstanding contribution to the Global Network. In December 2006, Nirmit was awarded the “Enterprise Scions Award” for Entrepreneurship Excellence in the Services Sector by Institute of Technology & Management (An affiliate of University of Hampshire). For the year 2007, Nirmit has been elected ‘Chairman’ of Penrhyn International. Nirmit’s hobbies are reading management books, travel and photography.

Yugesh heads HR function and is member on the Board of Director’s of Pfizer Limited.

Before joining Pfizer, Yugesh was Vice President, Human Resources with Reliance Industries, and the largest Private Sector Corporate in India.

He has also held positions of responsibility in the Human Resources area with the Indian affiliate of British American Tobacco (BAT); Head HR with HCL Comnet. While at Becton Dickinson, he was General Manager, HR (India and South Asia) and progressed to Head-Asia Pacific, (Compensation, Training and Development) as well as Regional Head, South East Asia based at Singapore.

Yugesh holds a Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources and Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. Yugesh has also completed an Executive HR program from Michigan University and a Global Top Management program at Kellogg Business School, North Western University.

Yugesh Goutam is presently elected as Vice Chairman of the HRD Committee at OPPI (ORGANISATION OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCERS OF INDIA) He has also been a Member of Human Resources Council - India of The Conference Board.

Mr S Venkatesh, 44 years is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, where he completed his Masters in Personal Management and Industrial Relations in 1987. TISS, a deemed university nominated Venkatesh for the prestigious Japan Youth Good Will Cruise, as one of the ten University Leader nominees from India.

Between 1987 & 1996, Venkatesh worked for ITC Limited in various capacities.In his last assignment,he was slated to take over as GM – HR Systems in the Head office. Thereafter his work assignments were as follows:

• Power Gen – HR Director (India / Middle East)
• IBM – Head of Talent Management (Asean/ South Asia Region)
• BPL Innovision Business Group – Executive President – Group HR
• Vedanta / Sterlite Group – President – Group HR

Currently working with Arvind as Group President – HR with total responsibility across all its businesses and in addition strategic HR responsibility for its JV companies. In addition also provides support to Anagram Finance and Anup Engineering,which are part of the wider Lalbhai Group. The Group employs close to 20,000 employees.

BANMALI AGRAWALA, born on April 30, 1963, did his schooling from the Scindia School, Gwalior and Loyola High School, Pune. He then completed his graduation in B E Mechanical Engineering with distinction from Mangalore University in 1984.

His Professional Experience includes working from 1984 -1987 with Bajaj Auto in the R&D department on emissions control and engine testing.

He has been employed with the Wärtsilä Group since 1987.

He is currently the Managing Director of Wärtsilä India Ltd., the Vice-President-Bio Power of the Wartsila Corporation and a member of the global Power Plant Board of Wartsila Corporation.

He has been the Managing Director of Wartsila India Ltd since April 2003 and in September 2006 he was given the additional charge of the global Bio Power business and appointed as Vice - President Bio Power of the Wartsila Corporation.

Prior to 2003, he was Head-Power Plants of the Company. He has held various positions within the Wartsila Group including a five-year stint in Finland the HQ of the Wärtsilä Group.

He is presently an elected member of the (Confederation Of Indian Industry) CII National Council as well as the Dy.Chairman of the CII Western Regional Council. He is also the Chairman of the Energy Sub Committee of the CII Western Region. He has earlier been Chairman of the CII-Maharashtra State Council for the year 2005 – 2006 and also the Chairman of the Mumbai Chapter of “Young Indians” in 2003-2004, which is also a part of CII.
