Prashant Srivastava is the Managing Partner responsible for the business of Gallup India P Ltd. (100% wholly owned subsidiary of Gallup Inc.). His areas of interest are Customer focused strategy and organizations, Leadership development and leveraging Human Capital for sustained growth.

Prashant has worked for 20 years with consulting firms and large corporates.

He is keenly involved in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Creating Customer centric organizations, Customer focused strategies and organization structure, Organization Development.

Besides these he has extensive experience in Country Strategy, Business Strategy, Business Portfolio Review, Corporate Governance and Succession Planning, Managing Diversified Businesses, Managing Family run Businesses, Cost and Process optimization.

He has also worked extensively on India Entry Strategy, Strategic Alliance and Joint Ventures.

Prashant Srivastava has consulted with clients in South Asia, West Asia, Europe and the USA in his earlier assignments.

Prashant Srivastava is a voracious speaker and has been sought after by CII- HR forum, CII-CRM forum, NHRD forum, Bangalore Chamber of Commerce, etc. He has been regularly talking on subjects such as Employee Engagement, Customer Engagement, Leadership Development, Changing Role of HR, HR is Boardroom, Driving Organic Growth, Leveraging Emotional Economy, etc.

He has also been writing articles, being interviewed and quoted in media on various HR and business related issues including Leadership needed for growing business, role of managers in managing people and growing business, etc.

He has been a visiting faculty in JK Business School Delhi, Xavier Management Institute Mumbai, Mumbai Education Trust, etc.

He is an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and a Mechanical Engineer by qualification.

Dr Santrupt Misra
Director HR & IT, Aditya Birla Group & CEO, Carbon Black Buisness
Born in Orissa, has two post-graduate degrees, one in Political Science and the other in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He has won 4 Gold Medals in his educational career having stood first class first in various University exams.

He has two PhDs, one from India and other from the Aston Business School in UK in Public Administration and Industrial Relations, respectively.

Santrupt has had full-time professional work experience with the J.K. Group, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hindustan Lever Limited. Besides, he has been a trainer and consultant to about 40 organizations in India.

Santrupt has published one book and several articles. He has won a Commonwealth Scholarship in 1990 for 3 years and was awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship in the year 2000.

Currently, Dr. Misra is the Director on the Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited Board, the apex decision making body of the Aditya Birla Group and is also responsible for the Group Human Resources and Group Information Technology function of the Aditya Birla Group ($28 Billion turnover with over 100000 employees) which consists of blue-chip companies such as Grasim, Aditya Birla Nuvo, Hindalco.

He is also on the Board of the Aditya Birla Science & Technology Company Ltd. which is part of the Aditya Birla Group. He is also on the Board of Prince Aly Khan Hospital, an Aga Khan Foundation Hospital and on the Board of XIM, Bhubaneswar. He was the President of the National HRD Network for 3 years from 2002 – 2005.

Dr. Misra has been bestowed with the Outstanding HR Chief Award by the National HRD Network in the year 2000 and has also been conferred the HR Professional of the Year Award by the India HRD Congress in the year 2002. The Business Today identified Dr. Misra amongst the 20 hottest Young Executives in the year 2002.

Dr. Misra has been bestowed with the "Outstanding HR Professional of the Year Award” for the year 2004 by Mid Day Big Break and DAKS for HR excellency and the “Outstanding HR Professional of the Year Award” in 2004 by the Deccan Herald Avenues for Excellence in HR and the”Leadership Award for HR Excellence” from the Amity Business School in 2005.

In 2007, Dr. Misra has been conferred with ‘The RASBIC (Recruitment & Staffing Best in Class) PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR Award’, for his contribution to the field of HRD; and ‘The HR Professional as a Business Manager in the New Millennium Award” at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress. The All India Management Association (AIMA) has admitted Dr. Misra as an AIMA Fellow in 2007. In 2007, Dr. Misra has also been elected as a Member of the Society of Fellows of the Aston Business School Society and has also been nominated to the Board of Directors of ERC Worldwide for the period 2008-2010. The National Institute of Personnel Management conferred on him the “NIPM Ratna Award 2007”. In 2008, Dr. Misra has been conferred with the Fellowship of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), U.S.A. He is the first Asian to be admitted to the NAHR.

His areas of interest include – Organization Development, Change Management, Management Training and Leadership.

His hobbies include reading, watching movies, travel and socializing.

Mr. K. Ramkumar
Chief Human Resource, ICICI Bank Group
Mr.Ramkumar (47 years), Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank is responsible for Operations & Credit, Treasury Middle-Office and Human Resource functions.

Mr. Ramkumar has completed his PGDM from Madras School of Social Work in 1984 and BSC Chemistry in 1982.

Prior to joining ICICI Bank in 2001 Mr. Ramkumar had over 16 years of experience in companies such as Hindustan Aeronautics, Brookebond Lipton India Limited (now Hindustan Unilever Limited) and ICI India Ltd. His work in these companies has mainly been in the areas of Human Resources Management and Production Management.

At ICICI Bank Mr. Ramkumar has been responsible for Human Resource function, initially for the Bank and then for all the companies in the ICICI Group.

He has worked extensively in the areas of recruitment, competency design, succession management, learning and development and Leadership Development. Under his guidance, ICICI Bank has implemented cutting edge practices and methodologies in the domain of leadership development, learning, creation and use of psychometric tools.

Mr. Ramkumar also has extensive experience in the areas of process design and quality management to create scale and efficiency. At ICICI Bank, he has driven cost productivity across the organization through work methodization & norming, and process & structure optimization.

He has joined the Board of Directors with effect from February 1, 2009.
