Sid is Chairman/ Managing Partner of India Equity Partners, a PE fund and has over 30 years of financial services, strategic advisory, operations and outsourcing experience. Sid joined Accenture in 1977 London and spent next ten years working for major public sector clients and almost all major banks and insurance companies of UK. He was admitted to the partnership in 1987. Sid moved to India in 1987 to establish the India operations of Accenture and pioneered the consulting model in India. He has worked with almost all major Indian and multinational business groups. Sid was responsible for the start Accenture offshore IT and BPO in India, which has since grown to over 35000 people.
In 2001, Sid moved to London as global managing partner of the financial services outsourcing business and head of application outsourcing. In this capacity, he worked for a large number of global banks and insurance companies. He retired from Accenture in 2006 and currently resides in Mumbai, India. Sid serves on the boards of United Spirits and Peninsula Holdings. He is Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (after being placed first in the UK financial exams and 3rd in the Intermediate exam/Best paper in Law) and received a First Class Bachelor in Economics from St. Stephens Collage, New Delhi.

Somikaa started getting exposed to the corporate arena with her first break with HR Consulting firm –Watson Wyatt Consulting where she spent 2 years. She started as an Analyst, moved onto becoming an Associate and finally a BD Associate wherein she was heading the C&B strategy for the IT and FMCG companies in India. She was also a part of the extended Singapore team for C&B benchmarking studies and strategy practices.
Somikaa is an MBA in HR and Marketing. Post securing this degree, she joined Patni computers in the international compensation team. She has been certified by the American Compensation Association on the India and Asia Pac compensation practices and strategies. She was a member of the NASSCOM team and the IT HR network there. Thereafter she had a very short stint with Sitel India and CFCI, again in the compensation department. Mona Cheriyan manages the Human Resources Group of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at Mumbai, Pune and Europe offices. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Training.
She leads a global team that is responsible for Organisational Effectiveness initiatives, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations and e-hr. She has been with OFSS for over 15 years.
