He founded 3P Consultants (www.3pconsultants.co.in) along with his father Hemen C. Parekh in 1989. His experience spans across industry sectors which includes large Indian groups, multinational conglomerates and early start – up ventures. Over the years a large part of his assignments are cross border in nature. Over the last decade he has successfully recruited over 500 senior executives for corporate India.

Nirmit is an Engineer by qualification and has been trained in the latest methodologies of executive search by D. E. Foster Partners, New York. Over the years he has held several professional memberships which includes,
