A passionate recruiter with over 20 years of extensive Executive Search and Career Counseling experience, Mr. Marwah is Founder & Managing Director of Magna Services (India) Pvt.Ltd., a company engaged in providing Ethical & Innovative Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting in India and overseas.
Before Founding Magna, Mr.Marwah was the Dy. CEO & Vice President of Datamatics Staffing Services.
Mr. Marwah, launched world’s first e-services like job portal, Employers Club in 1988.He also ran an Employment Newspaper “Employers’ Dispatch & Courier”. Mr. Marwah also writes on Recruitment related subjects and his articles have appeared in some of the leading newspapers.
During his two decades of profession, Mr.Marwah has worked in Asia, Africa and USA and was also associated with organizations like Magna Industries Australia, SM Dyechem, Empire Industries and NES UK in different capacities.
Currently he is also engaged in incubating an innovative e-Human Capital Exchange that can revolutionize recruitment by integrating and automating many of the recruitment processes.
Mr. Marwah is also an active Rotarian and member of NHRD and other associations
Mr. Marwah is the Convener of ERA’s Leadership Summit 2007 and is also a Co Convener of Mumbai Chapter of ERA.

Sajjan Jindal

Mr Sajjan Jindal was born on December 5, 1959, in Calcutta, India. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Stream from Bangalore University in the year 1982. After graduation, he joined Jindal Organisation.
Mr. Jindal moved to Mumbai to independently look after the western region operations of O. P. Jindal Group in 1983. In 1989 he promoted Jindal Iron & Steel Company Ltd. (JISCO), for manufacturing of Cold Rolled and Galvanized Sheet Products. In 1995, he promoted Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd. (JVSL), Jindal Thermal Power Company Ltd. (JTPCL), Jindal Praxiar Oxygen Ltd. (JPOCL), Vijayanagar Minerals Private Ltd. (VMPL) for the complete backward integration. All these businesses were formed to achieve the core competency in the production of Flat Steel Products. South West Port Limited and Southern Iron and Steel Company Limited were added in the year 2004. To achieve better synergies in the operations of group companies, JISCO and JVSL were merged to form JSW Steel Limited in 2005. This group is now known as JSW.
JSW group is having an annual turnover of over US$ 2.5 billion and is a part of O. P. Jindal Group, having a turnover of over US$ 5 billion.
Mr. Jindal is Senior Vice President of ASSOCHAM. He is President of INSDAG (Institute for Steel Development & Growth) which is a body promoted by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, to promote for consumption of steel in India. He is Member of Board of Directors of Indian Institute of Management - Indore, National Shipping Board. He is a keen sportsman & avid squash player with an interest in art & culture.
Mr. Jindal is a young and dynamic entrepreneur who believes that India is a global destination for industry and trade. He is a strong supporter of team building and core competence. He believes that the key to success for any entrepreneur is to change his business model ahead of time.

A pioneer in the field of IT, performed key roles at TCS. In 1998, when he left the company, he was the S.V.P, incharge of their operations in UK, SA and Middle East. In addition, he also looked after marketing, Public Relations and brand building for the company.
LC (as he is known to friends) has always been associated with creativity and innovation and used it even to promote products like e.x. & Rtwo during his stint with TCS. He briefly worked with Zensar as its President & CEO.

LC is the author of Nihilent’s patented framework for learning and innovation, MC³ and is a fellow of Computer Society of India.
LC recently wrote and produced the movie, Banaras, a mystic love story, which has received critical acclaim from world over.

Pradeep Udhas

Pradeep is Partner-in-charge of the Technology Advisory Services. He is also the Global Head of Sourcing Advisory for KPMG, India. Pradeep also has responsibility to oversee Risk Advisory Services for the Middle-East and South-East Asia (MESA) region as Chief Operating Officer.
Previously, Pradeep was the CEO of e2e Technologies, which he founded along with other partners from KPMG and some leading information technology professionals. e2e has offices in NJ, USA, Hong Kong and Mumbai. e2e offers solution architecture and program management services to clients like Verizon, PCCW, Hong Kong, etc.
Previously, He was one of the partners from KPMG USA, who founded the Indian practice. Under the leadership, KPMG India grew to size of over 1100 professionals. At KPMG, India, Pradeep was Lead Partner for International IT Consulting. Pradeep also held responsibility for KPMG’s ICE (Information Communication & Entertainment) line of business. Pradeep established many long term client relationships like Oracle, Lucent, Cognizant, Hughes telecom, etc. He also played a key role in a major KPMG Europe initiative to set up an end to end IT solutions supply chain for e-business.
Pradeep founded the Software Process Improvement Practice( SPI), and grew to top position in the IT industry.. He is one of the leading Software Process Improvement consultants internationally. He has consulted with and assessed over 50 companies to CMM level 3-5. His consultancy includes clients like Oracle, HCL Perot, Cognizant Technologies, WIPRO, TCS, National Semiconductors and PCCW – Hong Kong.
Pradeep has been a major contributor to the technology industry. While working in IBM, USA, Pradeep, along with other IBM colleagues, pioneered the offshore delivery paradigm for IBM, US and setup operations in India in 1990. He program managed one of the first large offshore outsourcing contracts by any multi-national: worth $35m. He managed the offshore outsourcing program developing vendors, like Tata Consulting and WIPRO.
Pradeep has served as a member of the Executive Council of NASSCOM, a think tank of Indian Software Industry consisting of CEOs/Country Heads from companies such as IBM, Tata Consulting Services, Infosys, Oracle, etc, which influences major policy decisions of the Indian Government. His contributions to the Indian Software Industry have been well acclaimed. He was closely involved in strategy formulations of major software companies. Pradeep has been recently been appointed as an Information Technology advisor to the Prime Minister Perry Christie of the Bahamas.
Pradeep is an MBA with MIS / Computer Science major from Union College, Schenectady, NY.
