ERA - The Executive Recruiters Association ( www.era.org.in ) is a non-profit Chamber of Commerce representing Search, Selection and Staffing Recruitment Consulting firms in India.
Most HR professionals will agree that finding the right talent is their single biggest challenge, followed by selecting the best qualified and retaining those hired. Hiring costs represent a significant portion of HR expenditure. H iring costs for managerial and executive positions are substantially greater than those for positions at lower levels. The highly competitive scenario, especially in certain verticals like IT, ITES, Telecom and Pharma is pushing organizations toward new ways of finding talent.
All stakeholders in the supply chain – the Organisation, HR Managers and Recruitment Consultants have a role to play in making this chain effective. It is imperative that all stakeholders work in partnership and share best practices that will help optimize costs.
