Why ERA

Executive Recruiters Association (ERA) has been formed, to act as "the voice of recruiting fraternity". ERA shall strive hard to raise the levels of professionalism, ethics and integrity", of the industry.

It is a national body, presently with 8 chapters and 6 member offices abraod.

Any Industry, world over, has flourshied only when it has been properly presented by an " Industry body ", which articulates the contribution of that and ensures that its genuine demands / needs to be met - be it by government, the customers it services ( on the supply side ) & the people who avail of its offerings ( on the demand side ).

More than anyone, the Indian IT - Software Industry hsa done a great job, by creating NASSCOM. In the initial years, NASSCOM was nurtured by some of the industry players and gradually NASSCOM built strength & today has become a powerful voice of the industry - which no single Corporate can ever hope to achieve, however big it is.

ERA, today within its " member - fold " leading recruiting organizations from across the country. To name a few " ABC, Manpower, Adecco - People One, Kelly Services, MA - Foi, Consindia, Teamlease, FACT, Head Hunters, TMI Network, Datamatics, Sampoorna, PSS - Ray and Bernsten amongst others."

Many of the CEOs of our Member - Organizations are drawn from premier institues like IITs, IIMs, XLRIs etc. Many of these first generation entrepreneurs have done so well to make our country proud. They are the tourch - bearers for the posterity to emulate and follow.
